Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 2026-08-03

1. Purpose

This policy sets out what you may not do with the Service, including what you may not generate, submit, or distribute. It applies to all accounts, workspaces, and API keys.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, or that depicts or promotes:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive (NSFW) content of any kind, including AI-generated content, and any content involving minors or non-consenting adults, or non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Attempts to bypass content screening or to generate content the Service is designed to block, including prompts advertised or designed to produce "uncensored", "unfiltered", or "no filter" output
  • Real people in false, defamatory, or misleading contexts, including deepfakes and face-manipulation of private figures
  • Graphic or gratuitous violence, self-harm, or harm to others
  • Hateful or harassing content targeting individuals or groups on protected characteristics
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or deception
  • Material that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Counterfeit documents, currency, weapons, or regulated identifiers

Every prompt routed to an image or video model is screened automatically before generation. Prompts that violate this policy are blocked and are not charged.

3. Prohibited conduct

  • Attempting to access another account or workspace, or bypassing limits, quotas, or rate limits
  • Probing or attacking the platform, its providers, or its infrastructure
  • Reselling or sublicensing the Service without written permission, or white-labeling it for third parties
  • Using automated means to create accounts or exhaust free access without authorization
  • Circumventing suspensions, billing gates, or the pay-as-you-go minimum deposit

4. Enforcement

We may review activity to enforce this policy, suspend or terminate access, remove content, and withhold or reverse credits for abuse. We act on abuse reports within 48 hours where feasible.

5. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong, reply to the notice you received or contact support. We will review within five business days.

6. Reporting

To report abuse, use the abuse contact. Include the account or content reference and a description. See also the AI content & copyright policy for takedown requests.
