Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 2026-08-02

1. Failed generations

Credits reserved for a generation are released automatically when the job fails, is cancelled, or expires before completion. You are only charged for jobs that complete successfully.

2. Provider outages

When a provider outage prevents completion, affected jobs are retried or released with credits intact. If we cannot deliver a paid service due to a sustained platform or provider failure, we will issue appropriate credits or refunds for the affected usage.

3. Pay-as-you-go wallet

Wallet balances are prepaid credits and do not expire. Unused wallet balances are refundable on account closure, minus any outstanding charges, within 30 days of a verified request. Abandoned accounts are handled per our data deletion and escheat obligations.

4. Subscription cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at period end (access continues until the period finishes) or immediately (access ends and unspent period credits are handled as described below). Cancellation is available from Billing at any time.

Monthly plan credits are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or covered by sections 1–2.

5. Lifetime plan

Lifetime plans are one-time purchases with a finite credit balance. Refunds for lifetime purchases are available within 14 days if no significant usage occurred, subject to our sole verification.

6. How to request a refund

Contact support with your account email and the payment reference. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

If you dispute a charge, please contact support first — we will resolve most issues quickly. Chargebacks are reviewed against this policy; accounts with reversed payments may be suspended while under review.

8. Abuse

Credits and balances used in violation of the acceptable-use policy are not refundable.
