AI Content & Copyright Policy
Last updated 2026-08-02
1. Ownership of outputs
Subject to these terms and each model's license, you own the outputs you generate on the Service. Ownership of AI-generated content may vary by jurisdiction; we make no warranty about recognition of rights in any specific jurisdiction.
2. Your inputs
You must have the rights to every image, video, prompt, and other input you submit. We do not train our own models on your inputs or outputs, and we do not license your inputs to third parties.
3. Model licenses
Outputs remain subject to the license terms of the underlying model you used, which may restrict commercial use, derivative works, or redistribution for specific models. Model license summaries are noted on the relevant model catalog entries, and the current terms of each provider govern where they apply.
4. Training use
We do not use your prompts, inputs, or outputs to train AI models. Providers may retain inputs and outputs to improve their services per their own policies; where a provider offers an opt-out, we honor it for your workspace upon request.
5. Copyright takedowns
We respond to valid takedown requests for infringing content. Send a notice identifying the content (account, workspace, or asset reference) and your rights to it through the abuse contact. We act on valid notices promptly and may suspend accounts for repeated infringement.
6. Deletion and retention
You can delete assets at any time; deletion removes them from your library and triggers our retention cleanup. Account deletion removes your workspace data subject to legal and security retention obligations.
7. AI disclosure
Where required by platform policies, you are responsible for disclosing that content was AI-generated. We provide tools and metadata to help you comply.
