Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the FreeInd platform (the "Service"), operated by FreeInd Labs Pvt. Ltd.("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

Workspaces are shared environments. The owner controls the plan and can manage members, roles, seats, and access. Members share the workspace credit pool and assets according to their role.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the acceptable-use policy, or applicable law.

Paid use requires a plan (monthly, lifetime, or pay-as-you-go) purchased through our payment provider. Plans include the credit balances, seats, concurrency, storage, and limits described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. The lifetime plan provides a finite, one-time credit balance. Pay-as-you-go is a prepaid wallet with a $10 minimum initial deposit and a $10 minimum for later top-ups, enforced server-side.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation at period end keeps access until the current period finishes. See the refund policy.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (your "Input") and, subject to these terms and each model's license, the outputs you generate (your "Output"). You grant us a limited license to process your Input to provide the Service.

You are responsible for your Input and Output: you must have the rights to use them, and they must comply with the acceptable-use policy and applicable law. See the AI content & copyright policy for details on generated content.

You must not use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt, probe, or abuse the Service, its providers, or other users. This includes generating sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive (NSFW) content of any kind, or attempting to bypass the automatic prompt screening that applies to all image and video generation. We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and provider outages may cause delays. Generations affected by provider failures are handled per the refund policy.

We may add, change, or remove features and models. Customer-facing pricing changes require publication in advance and never apply silently to your existing subscription unless stated otherwise.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations of these terms, legal requirements, or payment obligations. On termination, access ends and data is handled per the privacy policy and refund policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Generated outputs may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
